Shipping & Returns

Please read these policies carefully before you place your order.

We offer a 7-day return & exchange guarantee on all products. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us in advance for further instructions. The shipping cost that is caused during return or exchange shall be paid by the buyer.

Return

If you want to return your items, please notify us firstly, stating the reason and the order number for the return within 7 days of receipt. Any items must be sent back complete with the original package. All packages should be sent via a trackable method. Our store is not responsible for the packages that are lost during return. Please pay attention, the shipping cost shall be paid by the buyer. Please contact us with all your questions and concerns before placing your order.

Exchange

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery and customer is responsible for all the shipping charges caused by the whole exchange process. All items can only be exchanged to the products that have equal price, please be aware that our store will issue the replacement once the returns have been received.

Order Cancellation

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it later, please contact our customer service representative as soon as possible. But if your order has been dispatched, it can not be canceled until the products are returned.

Refund

Refund will be arranged as soon as the return products have been received. If you are due a refund for non-returnable items, a refund will be issued when you contact us about the issue. When the refund is submitted, you can expect to receive the money within 15-25 working days as it takes some time for the credit card company and the bank to process the refund.
